Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter for a temporary peak-season assignment in Lakeland, FL. You will recruit, screen, and place candidates, manage multiple client orders, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill opportunities.

You will leverage sales and marketing techniques to attract candidates through postings, social media, and community engagement, while conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to get hires to work.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders/requests and internal team.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!
