Cohen-Esrey has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who specializes in property management hiring. This position will be remote, with occasional travel to nearby properties in Colorado. Applicants must live in Colorado. This position will join a team of amazing HR professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to the company and team members.

The
Recruiter position is responsible for searching for, screening, and selling candidates for our open positions. They will work closely with our HR Team Members and Hiring Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment and hiring practices for assigned positions.
- Collaborate and follow-up with management throughout the hiring process.
- Screen, interview and schedule/coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
- Answer candidate questions and provide benefit specifics as part of the total compensation package.
- Stay on top of industry and market trends to ensure that Cohen-Esrey is represented well.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of significant and direct experience in recruiting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking System.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in the multi-family industry.
- Experience recruiting for maintenance positions.
- Experience with Paycor (Applicant Tracking System).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another business-related field.
Compensation* $65,000 - 80,000 plus KPI incentives
- Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
