The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Contract Associate Recruiter / Sourcer (Remote) to support sourcing and recruiting on an ongoing basis. The Associate Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a strong potential candidate pipeline strategy for all Korn Ferry RPO / Project clients through indirect and direct candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive development of talent pools. To achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction, demonstrating the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity with a positive and proactive communication style with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
  2. Define, design, and help implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
  3. Ensure development and optimization of sourcing channels to improve the quantity and quality of talent pools.
  4. Assist clients in defining and developing compelling employee value propositions and incorporate these into sourcing strategies.
  5. Source, secure, and leverage relevant media and communication channels.
  6. Develop and utilize candidate relationship management strategies to build relationships with passive candidates.
  7. Lead the framework for client sourcing strategies: gather competitive intelligence, develop targeted environments, conduct research into competitors, and create talent maps.
  8. Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches.
  9. Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone and email.

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
  • 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
  • 1+ years of conducting competency/behavioral-based interviews.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
