The successful candidate will possess a four-year degree in HR/Business and at least two years in HR with exposure to unionized environments, along with solid proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.

Job Description: Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by the development of effective recruiting strategies.
Education: Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree.
Experience: Two year's experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
License/Certification: None
Other: Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.
