Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking an on-site technical support specialist to maintain and support computer hardware, software, applications, and data communications.

You will provide desktop and network maintenance, assist users, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with hospital IT teams to ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of desktop and network maintenance and support.
• In-depth knowledge of desktop technologies and networking basics.

Job Description

Responsible for providing on-site technical support for computer hardware, software, applications and data communications.

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience

Experience: Two to five years of desktop and network maintenance and support

Technical Skills: In depth knowledge of desktop technologies, working knowledge of networking technologies

License/Certification: Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair, certified network administrator or equivalent work experience

Other: Healthcare experience preferred
