Qualifications

1+ year of recruiting experience in administrative/office or light industrial staffing.
Experience managing multiple job orders, requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for administrative, office, and light industrial roles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, databases, social media, networking and referrals.
Manage multiple job orders and deliver timely, quality placements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and support client relationships.
