Parnall Law Firm in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Junior Recruiter to identify, attract, and secure talent for our personal injury team. You will source candidates, screen applicants, and help convert strong candidates into hires, while maintaining a robust pipeline and collaborating with leadership.

This on-site role runs Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Mountain Time. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture aimed at growth and community impact.

Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates for assigned roles through online platforms, legal associations, referrals, competitor firms, and other passive-sourcing channels; maintain ongoing pipeline.
Develop additional sourcing channels through job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, and other networks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, ready-to-interview candidates for recurring openings.
Conduct Meet & Greet interviews for candidates.
Post and maintain job ads on boards and publications as directed.
Maintain sourced candidate tracking spreadsheet for biweekly meetings with leadership.
Assist with scheduling interviews and attending job fairs.
Keep candidate files and progress updated.
