Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a proactive Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with client opportunities. You will build relationships, partner with sales, and guide candidates through sourcing, interviewing, and negotiations to place them with fast-growing projects.

The role emphasizes a strong network, effective communication, and a track record of meeting placement goals in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience recruiting in technology or engineering is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve recruiting targets.

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.
