Brooksource is seeking a Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with opportunities at leading clients. You will partner with the sales team, source and screen candidates, and guide candidates through interviews and negotiations.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, high-volume recruitment, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree is required and performance rewards are included.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and craft recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates via phone, virtual, and in-person sessions.
• Match candidates with opportunities aligned to experience, skills, and goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance and offer negotiation.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communications throughout hiring.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants during assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Pursue recruiting activity and placement goals consistently.

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.
