Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to connect top professionals with technology and engineering opportunities. You will collaborate with the sales team, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through interviews while delivering an exceptional recruiting experience.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates, providing resume guidance and coaching throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Degree required from accredited institution.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance and interview prep.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.

In this role, you will:
