Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with client opportunities. You will build relationships, partner with the sales team, and guide candidates through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

You will source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients while maintaining a high-volume, performance-driven workflow. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience recruiting in technology and engineering preferred.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and relationships.
• Partner with sales to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities aligned to their experience and goals.
• Coach candidates through interview prep, resume guidance, and offers.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage hiring communications.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.

In this role, you will:

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building

• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals

• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
