Join an amazing recruiting team and support organization that provides non-clinical business support services to more than 1200 independently owned and operated Aspen Dental and ClearChoice offices across the U.S. As a reflection of current needs and continued growth, the Talent Acquisition Team is excited to offer the opportunity join as a Dental Lab Technician Recruiter sourcing and hiring Dental Lab Technicians.

This is a remote recruiting position that can be based anywhere in the United States. Experience recruiting for or working in the denture lab industry is highly desired for this role.

Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 depending on experience + bonus potential

Responsibilities:

• Partners closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan.

• Opens requisitions and posts job openings.

• Sources Dental Lab Technicians using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools/methods and Social Media channels.

• Screens, qualifies, and makes recommendations for interviews.

• Manages the candidate selection/interview process.

• Manages the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations.

Requirements:

• Dental Lab Technician / denture / removable industry experience is highly preferred

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Experience with full cycle recruitment, in a strategic, fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

• Demonstrate technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel.
