Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume manufacturing and hourly call center positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified hourly candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and provide updates on open positions.
• Coordinate with external staffing agencies and manage recruiting partnerships.
• Develop and implement creative, cost-effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage job advertisements, candidate databases, applicant records, and recruitment documentation.
• Monitor recruiting activity, hiring trends, and staffing objectives to maintain appropriate workforce levels.
• Identify and communicate recruiting challenges, including compensation concerns, scheduling conflicts, and candidate availability.
• Support the development and implementation of employee referral, retention, attendance, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate new hire orientations, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain communication with new hires and provide follow-up support throughout the onboarding process.
• Assist the Human Resources Manager with employee relations, training, compliance, safety initiatives, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

Previous staffing agency experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Manufacturing, call center, or staffing agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and HR leadership.
