Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring a Recruiter/Account Manager for our Avon, IN branch. You will recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong client relationships.

This full-time role is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with pay of $45k–$50k per year. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of B2B recruiting or sales experience with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, schedule, interview, and place candidates.
• Perform reference checks on both temporary and permanent staff.
• Visit active client sites and support field recruiting.
• Develop focused recruiting plans.
• Review media and ads to identify hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate communications in the recruiting database.
• Assess client position requirements and match candidates.
• Conduct relationship-driven client visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on existing business to drive retention and growth.
• Build relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.

Shift and Pay: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, $45k-$50k/year

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, schedule, interview, and place candidates


• Perform reference checks on all temporary employees and/or permanent candidates


• Comfortable working the field and checking in on active clients


• Establish focused recruiting plans


• Review media and weekly ads to identify trends, needs and prospects


• Maintain and document candidate communication within the recruiting database


• Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary employees to meet client needs and expectations


• Execute relationship driven client visits ensuring customer satisfaction


• Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business


• Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Must be energetic and enjoy talking with candidates and clients on the phone and in person

Experience

• 1-4 years

Qualifications

• High school diploma required


• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)


• Minimum of 1 year of business to business experience.


• Some recruiting experience is helpful but not required.


• Sales experience (strongly preferred)


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills


• MUST be able to prioritize and multitask


• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change


• Computer literacy- proficient on Microsoft Office Suite products and Google products

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
