Aston Carter is seeking a skilled Recruiter (Remote) to manage full-cycle recruiting for leadership and pharmacy roles across the United States. The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on candidate assessment, in a fully remote setting.

You will partner with hiring managers, run intake meetings, and manage 15–20 requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while adhering to policies. This position offers remote work with nationwide scope and a contract arrangement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting data, metrics, and analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and pharmacy-related positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans and identify qualified talent pipelines.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of field-based and corporate positions.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring processes in a virtual environment.
  • Lead all hiring manager consultations, candidate interactions, and interviews remotely.
  • Manage both internal and external recruiting efforts, including: Supporting employee promotions and internal mobility programs.
  • Identifying and attracting external talent when internal candidate pipelines are insufficient.
  • Maintain and manage approximately 15-20 concurrent requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics, labor market data, and talent insights to provide strategic recommendations and influence hiring decisions.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation considerations, and hiring strategies.
  • Support offer development and negotiation processes in partnership with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
