Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an entry-level Recruiter I to join our Seattle, WA team on a contract basis. You will source, interview, check references, extend offers, and support new hire orientation while managing candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Follow pre-established recruiting processes, instructions, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, hiring managers, and the university recruiting team to meet peak hiring demands.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks, including offer processing and data entry.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
