Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join its recruiting team focused on Marketing. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment, and drive growth by attracting top Marketing talent.

You will source, screen, and present candidates, develop recruiting strategies, and build pipelines across LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels. The role offers remote/hybrid flexibility and visibility to global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience recruiting Marketing professionals.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in special projects related to employer branding, recruiting analytics, social media strategy, and process improvement.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or 5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
