Job Description:

Job Title: Recruiter (Remote)

Position Summary:

Magna Legal Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the HR team in fulfilling staffing needs across various departments in the legal services industry. This position plays a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring initiatives. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple requisitions at any given time. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify hiring needs and staffing strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Paycom ATS a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated workspace.

Compensation: USD $60,000 - $65,000 per year.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
