Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to own the full hiring process from start to finish in a 100% onsite environment at our headquarters. The role offers a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year and requires 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, coordinate candidates, and manage onboarding, while leveraging ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions across various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies.

• Maintain recruiting activity within ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms while ensuring data accuracy.
• Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
