Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Recruiter to source, interview, and hire temporary consultants for national client engagements.

You will build a robust consultant database, partner with Account Managers, and manage the end-to-end candidate process from screening to onboarding, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Recruiter supports the organization’s business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants to work as independent consultants through Oxford at national client sites. The Recruiter will build, effectively communicate and generate production from a valuable database.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit technical consultants through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a strong consultant database aligned to current and future client needs
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, availability, and compensation
• Partner with Account Managers and client managers to qualify roles and develop effective fill strategies
• Present candidates to clients, prepare both sides for interviews, and manage the send-out process
• Negotiate pay and bill rates and ensure completion of all onboarding paperwork
• Maintain relationships with consultants on assignment and support performance, payroll, and benefits needs
• Track all activity and market insights in the CRM/database
