Job summary

We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.**Position Summary:** The Recruiter supports the organization’s business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants to work as independent consultants through Oxford at national client sites. The Recruiter will build, effectively communicate and generate production from a valuable database. The Recruiter may work in a local office or for a national recruiting center. **Responsibilities:*** Achieve production objective established by management by making a high volume of cold calls; take a “hands on” approach to recruiting; not rely on job boards or job postings as a means of recruiting* Source technical consultants with leading edge, critical skills to fill job listing and build a database* Obtain referrals from other consultants and user managers, direct recruiting, networking with personal contacts, office files and the internet* Attend networking events and user group meetings* Recruit, schedule and interview technical consultants in person and over the phone to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements to assign to appropriate client managers* Check references to verify information and obtain manager leads and market information* Qualify job listings by working with potential and existing client managers and Account Managers* Reclassify listings and/or leads and pass them to other business units; grade and modify terms of the listings; and educate managers on the Oxford process* Develop a fill strategy that reflects client needs and fill job listing by working with potential and existing client managers and consultants* Recruit, identify, select and prequalifying candidates relative to listings; present job opportunities to candidates and present candidates to client managers; prepare both sides for the interview, generating send-out* Negotiate bill and pay rates* Educating consultant and client on Oxford’s benefits and policies* Ensure the completion of all consultant paperwork* Pre-market consultants to client manager* Maintain and develop relationships with consultants currently on assignment and resolve all issues including those related to benefits, payroll, and performance* Administer corrective actions, terminate consultants and consult with corporate departments as needed* Input consultant information, contract history, market leads and all communication notes into the database* Attend training meetings to develop recruiting skills, exchange pertinent account information and help to develop account strategies* Perform any administrative tasks such as data entry in a timely manner* Improve the quality and quantity of traffic* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in business preferred* 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred* Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization* Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must* Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.* Solid analytical and problem solving skills* Proven knowledge of MS Office products**Supervision Exercised:** none **Supervision Received:** Director, RecruitingFor US job seekers: **Salary Information:**$24.04-$26.44 HourlyPlease contact careers@oxfordcorp.com if you are interested in this position.
