• 2+ years of proven success as an IT/Engineering technical recruiter.
• Experience sourcing candidates in the cleared market (TS/SCI, polygraph preferred).
• Experience growing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Knowledge of staffing employment laws and industry expectations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong talent community and pipeline through networking and outreach.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, including high-volume recruiting.
• Coordinate candidate placements and manage SLAs with clients.
• Prepare for and participate in Job Launch and Interview Prep calls.
• Create thorough candidate submittals for Account Managers and customers.
• Advise clients on talent needs and recruitment strategy using market intelligence.
• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques, including cleared candidate sourcing.

Manpower Internal is hiring a Recruiter in Washington, DC (hybrid). This role supports contract and permanent hiring for engineering and IT candidates nationwide, with full life-cycle recruiting responsibilities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements for cleared talent. Salary range: USD 52,500 to 87,500 per year.

What you’ll do

• Build a strong talent community and pipeline of in-demand candidates through personal networking and digital outreach
• Manage client orders and coordinate candidate placement while ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, including high-volume recruiting through the full recruiting process
• Schedule, prepare for, and participate in Job Launch and Interview Prep calls
• Create thorough candidate submittals for Account Managers and customers
• Track current consultants’ impending end dates, market MyPath as appropriate, and leverage development opportunities to support next steps aligned to broader career aspirations
• Advise clients on talent needs and recruitment strategy using market and rate intelligence
• Use knowledge of the industry and talent base to exceed client expectations and grow influence within the client portfolio
• Consult with clients on talent challenges and educate on the impact of market or workforce trends
• Assess candidate motivations and aspirations, communicate job opportunities effectively, and support client and candidate satisfaction and loyalty
• Interact with external customers and candidates in a highly professional manner
• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques, including cleared candidate sourcing

What you bring
