Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Recruiter I to support full-cycle recruitment, primarily for entry-level and high-volume positions. You will source, screen, candidate communication, and partner with hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruiting policies.

This role requires 1–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
