Synergis is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support a busy Talent Acquisition team with recruiting operations, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and applicant management. This fast-paced role requires the ability to quickly learn new skill sets, build talent pipelines, and move multiple hiring processes efficiently.

The role involves scheduling intake meetings, coordinating interviews, and proactively sourcing candidates across technical, marketing, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or related operations.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Experience reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screens.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Schedule intake meetings and create/configure requisitions in Greenhouse.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Review inbound applicants and identify qualified candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, and other corporate functions.
• Support multiple active requisitions while responding to changing business priorities and urgent hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition Operations experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Experience reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screens.
• Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new roles and support hiring across diverse functions.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
