Job summary

CLEAResult in the United States is hiring a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team. You will influence talent advisement and guide candidates through the recruitment process in a mission-driven environment focused on sustainable energy.

You will build relationships with managers, optimize the hiring process, advise on market trends, and collaborate across the People Team to support our growth. This is a contract role offering an hourly rate and exposure to enterprise systems like Workday and

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Track record of navigating hiring obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• Affinity for data and its application to success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
• Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
• Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

Compensation

Compensation Range:

$35 - $45 / hour

DOT Requirements
