What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with high-performing finance and accounting professionals to identify the right career opportunities and build long-term relationships.
  • Work directly with the Managing Partners to understand their talent needs and deliver customized recruiting solutions.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting to helping with offer negotiation.
  • Leverage your industry expertise to assess candidates' technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and position yourself as a go-to resource for top talent and industry insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • High level of integrity and meticulous reputation.
  • Experience in recruiting or a background in accounting and finance, ideally as a CPA or finance professional looking to pivot into recruiting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with high performers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
