Job summary

Tyro Ventures is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support hiring requirements for our clients. You will conduct phone screenings, interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring teams.

You will maintain candidate pipelines, track progress, and follow up for feedback, ensuring timely closure of open roles across multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
