Job summary

Ubiquity Media is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support digital marketing hiring on a freelance/contract basis. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires proactive communication, strong organization, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, especially in a remote environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
