About The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated recruitment professional to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that University Health attracts top talent to support its mission. This role requires developing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating hiring events, and maintaining strong relationships with decision‑makers across various departments. The position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
• Superior customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Proven track record of successful recruitment efforts
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Experience in credentialing processes is essential

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
• Support onboarding and credentialing processes for new hires to ensure compliance and a seamless transition.
