We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse
In the healthcare sector, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that all insurance payers exchange transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA. A small group of legacy clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers.
Stedi is building the world’s only API-first clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. What We’re Looking For
Stedi is growing rapidly. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and run full-cycle searches across both business and technical hiring. This role has a high degree of autonomy, so it requires someone who can operate quickly and independently through the ambiguity of a fast-moving startup.
In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to scope roles, execute full-cycle strategies, and ensure we attract and retain the highest caliber of talent. Your expertise in recruiting will be vital as you hire based on business needs, provide insightful feedback on role scoping, and strategically align our talent acquisition efforts with our overarching business objectives.
Stedi markets highly technical products. We continuously hire technical talent to expand our product portfolio, so candidates must have technical recruiting experience.
