Job summary

Uline is seeking a Recruiter at its Texas facility to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for our Irving distribution center. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, interview applicants, and build relationships with agencies and universities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR recruitment experience, with knowledge of ATS and MS Office. On-site role with occasional travel to job fairs and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
