Job summary

Aria Networks, Inc. is hiring its first dedicated Recruiter to own the function end to end, establish the infrastructure and culture, and scale with the company.

You will partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and build relationships with engineers who will shape AI infrastructure and networking teams. You will lead critical searches, develop data-driven processes, and craft a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects the company story and technology focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles.
• Experience owning searches end to end, from sourcing and outreach through close.
• Experience building recruiting process and infrastructure at an early-stage or scaling company.
• Comfortable working both ends of the job: the search for a single great candidate and the systems, data, and rhythms behind the whole function.
• Strong instincts for technical talent, with genuine curiosity about the technology and the people who build it.
• Analytical approach to hiring, using data to understand what is working and what is not.
• A natural relationship builder with strong candidate-facing instincts.
• Experience as a first or founding recruiter is a plus.
• Background hiring in networking, semiconductors, or AI infrastructure is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and sourcing tooling is a plus.

Aria Networks builds switches paired with a telemetry-centric software intelligence layer purpose-built for AI/ML clusters. The founding team is strong, and the next chapter depends on bringing in exceptional people while building a talent function that scales with the company. As its first dedicated Recruiter, you will own that function end to end: there is no recruiting organization to inherit, so you will build the infrastructure and the culture around hiring from the ground up.
