In this vital position, you'll review applications from multiple job postings, attend job fairs, source additional qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Your efforts will directly contribute to filling open positions, including welders, painters, machine operators, and high-priority exempt roles, all within a vibrant and collaborative workplace.

Required Skills
