American Credit Acceptance (ACA) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to build relationships with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and guide the recruitment process in a 100% onsite environment in Spartanburg. The role emphasizes learning the recruiting craft, collaborating with leadership, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
You will manage multiple openings, coordinate feedback, extend offers, and serve as ACA’s brand ambassador while growing your recruiting expertise

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
This position will require up to 10% travel.
