Job summary

Dynagen Lending is a rapidly growing mortgage broker seeking a Recruiter to support corporate recruiting across sales, operations, and corporate roles. You will screen and source entry-level candidates and assist with the full recruitment process.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, conducting initial phone screens, posting jobs, managing candidate data in Rippling, and supporting onboarding. The role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with ATS systems and MS Office Suite.

• Maintain candidate information and recruiting metrics in our ATS (Rippling).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed.

• As aRecruiter with Dynagen Lending, you’ll play a key role in supporting our corporate recruiting efforts across multiple departments including sales, operations, and corporate roles. Your primary responisbility will be to help screen and source for entry level candidates.
