Job summary

Dynagen Lending is seeking a Recruiter to support our corporate recruiting efforts across multiple departments including sales, operations, and corporate roles. Your primary responisbility will be to help screen and source for entry level candidates.

You will assist with the full recruiting process, screen resumes, source passive candidates, post listings, and help with onboarding. You will maintain candidate information in our ATS and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy — experience with ATS systems (Rippling, JazzHR, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Interest in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition as a long-term career path.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruiting process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing communication.

• Source passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and creative search strategies.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed.
