Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Show initiative, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Leverage emotional intelligence to build relationships internally and externally.
• Preferably have experience with Workday ATS, recruiting for hourly production roles, or are bilingual.
