Day to day:

An employer of Insight Global is hiring for a Recruiter. This individual will support the Advertising/IMDb organization by sourcing candidates specifically for roles such as Software Engineers, TPMs, Tech Product Managers, Tech Program Managers, AI Scientists, Creative Marketing, Design, Account Executives, and Account Managers internally. The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong technical sourcing background in corporate or agency settings, focused on tech and sales recruiting. They should be capable of generating creative Boolean searches from scratch, be savvy in candidate generation, and effectively manage processes, pipelines, and systems.

Must Haves:

• 1+ years of technical agency and corporate recruiting experience targeting technical and sales roles like Software Engineers, Account Executives, and Account Managers.
• Ability to create and perform Boolean searches and execute other creative sourcing strategies.
• Experience with CTS/ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with passive candidates.
