Kairoi Residential is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for onsite multifamily positions across its markets. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, community-based positions across multiple markets.

RECRUITER

SUMMARY

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for onsite multifamily property management positions across Kairoi markets. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused on attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for community-level positions, including leasing, maintenance, grounds, and management professionals. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume community-based positions across multiple markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing hiring support
• Create and post compelling job advertisements across job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through online databases, networking, employee referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events to develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Build scalable outreach sequences and regular touchpoints that maintain a high engagement rate among top-tier passive candidates, directly accelerating future time-to-hire.Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate the onboarding process with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and source effectiveness to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, workforce development organizations, industry associations, and community partners to develop talent pipelines.
• Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, employment laws, and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting/third party environment.
• Bilingual, a plus.
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes based on insights.
• Familiarity with creative sourcing techniques using social media, job boards, and networking events to build pipelines of top talent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
