Securitas, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Recruiter to grow the company’s talent pipeline in an in-office role.

You will conduct phone screens, interviews, extend offers, assist with new hire training, and participate in hiring events, while maintaining personnel files and handling HR/administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay

$22.00/hour

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
• Assists with new hire training and orientation.
• Participates in hiring events.
• Maintains personnel files.
• Various HR/Administrative duties.
• District Manager Support.
