Securitas USA is seeking a Recruiter in Des Moines, IA to attract and retain quality security officers in a fast-paced environment. You will post jobs, screen candidates, interview, and extend offers, while maintaining confidential personnel records and supporting new-hire training.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and high-volume recruiting experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a full benefits package and weekly pay.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.

As a Recruiter, you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers in a fast-paced environment. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting and growing industry. In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
