We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Independent Commission-Based Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the freedom to manage your own clients, build your business within ours, and earn substantial commissions, along with ongoing training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Sourcing & Relationship Management: Source, screen, and place candidates while building and managing relationships with clients.
2. Placement Process: Oversee the entire process from job order to candidate placement.
3. Independent Work: Operate as an independent contractor, sourcing your own clients, with access to our tools, software, and resources to support your success.

Qualifications:

• Self-Starter: Ability to source and manage your own clients and candidates.
• Motivation: Drive to build a successful recruiting career and achieve high earnings.
• Business EIN Number - Federal Tax ID.
• Recruitment or sourcing experience.

*Minimum of 1 year of agency or corporate recruitment experience required.

Additional Information:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The Recruiter will not be entitled to employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
