Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a full-time Recruiter. While prior experience in recruiting is preferred, it is not required. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Source and discover candidates for client openings using recruiting resources and systems.
• Screen candidates to verify eligibility and experience.
• Build and manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Attend virtual or in-person meetings with clients and an AS Account Manager.
• Import, log, and update candidate data in our CRM system (Bullhorn).
• Present qualified candidates to Account Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with potential for remote work based on performance and goals met.
