JEVS Human Services is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting across multiple programs. The role requires screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates, with emphasis on both exempt and nonexempt positions within an assigned territory.
The position is hybrid, with four days in office and one day remote weekly. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience, ATS proficiency, and strong communication skills.

The recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week.
This is a hybrid position: Four days in office and one day remote, subject to change based on operational and program needs.
The base pay for this position ranges from $58,000 to $60,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
