Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a talented recruiter focused on connecting with people, sourcing top talent, and driving the hiring process nationwide. Based in Lawrence, KS, you will establish recruiting plans, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding for open roles across the country.

You will use LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS/HRIS (ADP/SuccessFactors), and other resources to build pipelines, attend job fairs, and report key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with ATS & HRIS systems required (ADP and/or SuccessFactors preferred).
• Experience sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to travel nationwide with extended overnight travel as needed (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Screen all qualified applicants by conducting phone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
• Utilize resources including LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS to source resumes of passive and active candidates.
• Ensure timely completion of all full-desk recruitment activities, from intake to onboarding.
• Complete, or ensure completion of, all preboarding, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
• Develop and maintain an outreach presence for recruiting, including college and high school networks.
• Contribute to Amarr's recruitment marketing strategy and branding.
• Research and develop process improvements related to recruitment and cycle times.
• Maintain and report key performance metrics of recruitment activities.
• Coordinate multiple activities with thorough and on-time deliverables.
• Balance multiple openings and re-prioritize according to changing business needs.
• Attend recruitment events; Job Fairs, Open Houses, and other events; travel as needed.
