Job summary

Camlin is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 3-month fixed-term contract based in Norcross, GA. You will manage the full lifecycle across US operations, partnering with hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hires.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong ATS usage. This role emphasizes candidate experience, process excellence, and collaboration with HR partners to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of corporate, technical, manufacturing, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen and assess candidates to identify skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as the key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects Camlin's values and employer brand.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure recruitment activities are accurately tracked within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers and HR partners.
• Support recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

Recruiter - Temp 3 months

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month fixed-term contract based in Norcross, GA.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across our U.S. operations. You'll partner with hiring managers to identify talent, coordinate recruitment activities, provide an excellent candidate experience, and ensure hiring processes move efficiently from requisition through to offer.
