You will partner with hiring managers, manage interviews and onboarding, and ensure a welcoming experience that supports growth and collaboration across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a college recruitment program at local colleges and universities, representing Synergy Wealth Solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Actively source, identify, and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus outreach, referrals, and networking efforts.
• Source and screen candidates for the Financial Advisor role, ensuring alignment with our values, culture, and growth goals.
• Source and screen candidates for our Internship Program, cultivating relationships with students, career centers, and faculty.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records of candidates, sourcing efforts, and outreach using recruiting tools and systems.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll play a hands-on role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of future candidates. You'll actively source and screen candidates for our Financial Advisor and Internship programs, engage with local colleges, and coordinate pre-hire and onboarding activities. This is a key position in shaping the growth of our firm and ensuring new team members feel supported from their first conversation through their first day on the job.
