Job summary

Synergy Wealth Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source, engage, and screen candidates for our Financial Advisor and Internship programs while building strong college relationships.

You will manage pre-hire activities, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, contributing to the firm’s growth and talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple recruiting efforts.
• Self-motivated and proactive in talent outreach.
• Experience in recruiting, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a college recruitment program at local colleges and universities.
• Actively source, identify, and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Source and screen candidates for Financial Advisor and Internship roles.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities, including scheduling interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.

The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a hands‑on role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of future candidates. You’ll actively source and screen candidates for our Financial Advisor and Internship programs, engage with local colleges, and coordinate pre‑hire and onboarding activities. This is a key position in shaping the growth of our firm and ensuring new team members feel supported from their first conversation through their first day on the job.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain a college recruitment program at local colleges and universities, representing Synergy Wealth Solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Actively source, identify, and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus outreach, referrals, and networking efforts.
• Source and screen candidates for the Financial Advisor role, ensuring alignment with our values, culture, and growth goals.
• Source and screen candidates for our Internship Program, cultivating relationships with students, career centers, and faculty.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
• Coordinate pre‑hire activities, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records of candidates, sourcing efforts, and outreach using recruiting tools and systems

• Comfortable using recruiting tools, job boards, and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
