Job Opportunity: Remote Search Consultant at gpac

gpac, a family-owned executive search firm with over 30 years of experience, is seeking highly motivated individuals for fully remote Search Consultant roles. Our company is one of the fastest-growing in the nation, offering an excellent work-life balance, tremendous earning potential with no cap, and a supportive team environment.

We provide comprehensive training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching, making previous recruiting experience unnecessary. This is a commission-driven position with potential earnings between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Assist clients in filling urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements
• Utilize recruiting tools effectively
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare both candidates and clients for interviews
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data management and technological skills
• Business development, client relationship, marketing, or sales background preferred
• Consistent outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
