Southern Union State Community College seeks a recruitment coordinator to promote the college and increase enrollment across its service area. The role involves outreach to high schools, counselors, and area principals, coordinating tours, and supporting admissions during registration and throughout the year.
The position requires an associate degree and recruiting experience, plus strong public speaking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Promote the college in order to increase student enrollment; coordinate recruitment activities with area high schools; provide informational materials and services to prospective students, counselors, and the community at large. Provide advisement during registration, enrollment periods, and throughout the year. Must adhere to a flexible work schedule and perform other job-related duties as directed by the President, Dean of Student Affairs, and Student Affairs Program Director
Salary: Appropriate placement on the Alabama Community College System Salary Schedule E3: (Salary range: $41,349 - $66,218)
